Symposium on Sound-Driven Design
In September, I have been invited as a speaker at the Symposium on Sound-Driven Design — “Sounding objects for societal impact” (11–12 September 2025, IRCAM) organized by the Design Research Society’s SIG on Sound-Driven Design.
This two-day, research-focused event brought together the design and sound research communities to explore how systemic approaches to sound-driven design can support societal transformation, across three key themes: Design Process & Methodology, Human–Technology Entanglement, and Societal Impact of Design.
As part of Theme 2 (Human–Technology Entanglement), I shared my lecture “Sonic Entanglements: Rethinking Human-Technology Relations Through Sound”, followed by dialogue and focus-group discussions.
